Packaging that Pop

Beautiful food packaging by Fontos Graphic Design. Seeing this on any supermarket shelf would definitely make me want to buy it, if only just to keep the packaging. Love the colours and modern fonts!

Hangerpak

The hangerpak is a box and also acts as a hanger! Designer Steve Haslip, came up with this concept as a result of always runnin gof of hangers to hang the wrinkled t-shirts he buys online. The packaging could be made from recycled material whether it is card or plastic and the only waste is the green tear-away tab.

BeerPaQ CarboPouch

This cool beer packaging is designed by Beverage Pouch Group. Called the BeerPaQ CarboPouch, this flexible plastic pouch is strong enough to hold draft beer, and can be stacked flat for transportation purposes unlike regular glass bottles. (via Designyearbook)

Sliced bread note books

These notebooks designed by collaboraters Burak Kaynak and Cem Has are the best inventions since sliced bread. There are 12 notebooks in one pack and each one is numbered so you can assign one book per month. How fun is this?

It is amazing how much clever packaging can do to a product.

Bright Green Alligator Paper

I came across this gorgeous gift wrap by Carolyne Roehm today and just had to share it. The green is just perfect! The texture and pattern of this wrap reminds me of the bright orange packaging for fruits you usually see at the supermarket. The spring green ribbon is available here.

Skinny Skinny Soaps

I can't get over these lovely packaging by soap manufacturer skinnyskinny. All their gorgeous packaging is made from 100% recycled, reclaimed, sustainable and biodegradable materials. Would be fun if the packaging cover had some totally unrelated serious title on it..like "Quantum Mechanics" or something like that. Then you open it and voila! Perfect for my toilet bookshelf!

Honey packs

Yup! Another honey post for honey and lovely packaging addicts out there! This lovely design is from littlefury. Love the colour and the "cassette tape like" packaging of this product that is so different from the conventional round honey jars/tubes we usually find. Not sure whether something as beautiful as this will be practical enough to store honey on the kitchen shelf though. One thing for sure, the ants will definitely love it!

American Honey Flight

I saw these test tubes of honey here and can't get over the beautiful packaging of this product. The tubes just brings out the wonderful natural colours of honey and makes it so deliciously appealing. Each set comes with nine distinct regional honeys that comes with a detailed description of each flavour and its origin. Think this would make an excellent gift for a food lover or beautiful packaging addict like me!
